Bingtrip is a global travel content aggregator integrating flights, rail, and travel products into a unified B2B platform. This website revamp clarified its value proposition through a cohesive brand identity, improved UX, and streamlined user journeys, delivering a more structured and professional digital presence.

Approach
The project focused on repositioning Bingtrip’s website as a confident, global B2B platform. Brand tone was refined from generic and technical to precise, reliable, and value-driven, aligning with its role in solving fragmented LCC distribution.
A unified visual identity was developed across typography, colour, and imagery to ensure consistency and credibility. Content structure was redesigned to highlight key value propositions such as API capability, automation, and data reliability.
UX improvements included simplifying the contact flow and redesigning the login experience for clarity and efficiency, resulting in a clean, structured, and conversion-focused digital presence.
